A A Milne - AA Milne is best known as the creator of Winnie the Pooh and that bear’s escapades with his friends in the Hundred Acre Wood. He was also a very successful playwright (Toad of Toad Hall) and novelist. Milne died in Sussex in 1956, aged 76.
